Our Story

Originally from the beautiful St. Simons Island, Georgia, surrounded by rich history and charm that only the Empire State of the South can provide,  Blanch Johnson began her culinary journey.  Her goal was to combine of exquisite flavors, develop interesting confections while using  the highest quality ingredients available.

After graduating from the University of Miami, she enrolled in the world famous Culinary School Le Cordon Bleu to pursue her passion for the culinary arts and pastry.  Upon completion, Blanch began working with some of South Florida’s exclusive event planners and chefs.  This experience was astounding and gave Blanch the confidence to venture out to pursue her own desire.   Blanch  decided she would expand on the opportunity to offer exquisite cakes and gourmet desserts to others who were looking to add a distinct touch to their celebrations.

By offering our services to all of South Florida, everyone can customize and enhance their celebrations and make them more memorable experience. Her artistic parfaits and other tempting dessert selections have all her clients raging and wanting for more!
